Overview

Flash is a financial services platform focused on benefits, corporate expenses and people management solutions. When entrepreneurs Ricardo Salem, Guilherme Lane and Pedro Lane founded the company in 2019, the benefits market was concentrated among four traditional players. The trio aimed to offer a different solution that met different needs.

Flash relied on a transaction processing partner, who carried out the basic operations of the benefits card. However, the model only allowed pre-configured benefit categories, which, over time, brought limitations.

Looking for more flexibility, Flash began looking for a new platform to manage customer accounts and process their financial transactions. It found the ideal solution to configure different products quickly and flexibly in Pismo.
