Débora discussed the digital transformation of financial services, which the pandemic has accelerated: “Users want convenience, security, and flexibility. They want financial institutions to focus on them as individuals – not just on generic customers.”
She added that modern technologies – like the ones Pismo provides in its cloud-native platform for banking and payments – are crucial to offering the frictionless services that customers demand.
Juliana Binatti, our Co-Founder and CPO, also joined the conference. She examined the role of women in Pismo and the technology industry:
“As startup founders, we want to provide a secure environment for women and create opportunities for them. Many work from home and take care of their children simultaneously. So we must not forget the lives beyond the videoconference screens,” she said.
