Our global team keeps growing. We welcome Rachel Sienko as the global head of developer experience. Based in the USA, she’ll support developer success globally as part of Pismo’s expansion effort.
“I’m excited to help elevate the developer experience of the Pismo platform and tools, and I’m building a team that focuses on providing developers with the best possible experience when working with Pismo,” says Rachel.
As one of the first steps in this process, Rachel is looking for technical writers to join the new team. These writers will get a chance to work on Pismo’s first external developer portal. They will also contribute ideas to enhance the content, tooling, and products for developers.
Rachel has hands-on experience building developer experience and documentation teams at high-growth startup companies, including Marqeta and ServiceNow.
Before joining Pismo, Rachel also supported developers of mini web apps for the creator economy at Koji, a venture-backed startup in San Diego, California. Her areas of expertise include developer documentation, information architecture, API design standards, and content infrastructure.
