India FinTech Forum has selected Pismo as a finalist across multiple categories in its annual IFTA Fintech and Innovation Awards ceremony.
Pismo is a finalist for Fintech Startup of the Year, while Daniela Binatti, our Co-Founder and CTO, is a finalist for the Women in Fintech category.
The India FinTech Forum aims to position the fintech community in India as a global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship. More than 2,750 fintech companies and over 30,000 individuals are members of this forum.
“India is on the cusp of a profound shift in how millions of citizens access financial services,” it writes on its website. “Innovative fintech startups will primarily lead this shift in collaboration with big banks or corporations.”
The IFTA awards celebrate the best fintech developments across the country. Hosted in the Sahara Star hotel in Mumbai, the ceremony occurs virtually on 28 and 29 November, with the in-person event falling on 30 November.
Attended by delegates from over 50 countries, the awards are a bellwether event for discovering the best solutions in the market today.

IFTA isn’t the only upcoming awards show in which Pismo and Daniela have been selected. The Banking Tech Awards also lists both as finalists.
